Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters regarding the use of all services provided through the website operated by FlexiGO (http://xxx.xxx.xxx).

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

  • ① "Member" refers to an individual who has entered basic member information, entered into a service agreement with the Company, and has been assigned an ID.
  • ② "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Company for identification and use of the services.
  • ③ "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect confidentiality during communication.
  • ④ "Termination" refers to the termination of the service agreement by either the Company or the member.

Article 3 (Publication, Effectiveness, and Amendment of Terms)

① These Terms and Conditions shall be posted on the membership registration page, and the Company may amend them if necessary due to changes in circumstances or significant business reasons. Any amended Terms shall be announced through notices.

② These Terms and any amended Terms shall become effective upon notification to users.

Article 4 (Supplementary Rules)

Matters not specified herein shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telecommunications Basic Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act, Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, Electronic Signature Act, and Consumer Protection Act.

Chapter 2 Service Agreement

Article 5 (Application for Use)

① Users may apply for service use by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy during the membership registration process and clicking the "Confirm" button after completing the registration form.

② Applicants must use their real name and accurate information, and only one application per date of birth is permitted.

③ Users who do not use their real name or accurate information may not receive legal protection and may face restrictions on service use.

Article 6 (Approval of Application)

① The Company shall approve applications for service use in accordance with Article 5, except in cases specified in Paragraphs 2 and 3.

② The Company may postpone approval in the following cases until the issue is resolved:

  • a. Insufficient service-related facilities
  • b. Technical difficulties
  • c. Other circumstances deemed necessary by the Company

③ The Company may refuse approval in the following cases:

  • a. Application using another person's name
  • b. Submission of false information
  • c. Application intended to disturb public order or morals
  • d. Failure to meet other requirements set by the Company

Chapter 3 Obligations of the Parties

Article 7 (Obligations of the Company)

① The Company shall operate the website stably and continuously.

② The Company shall promptly handle legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users. If immediate handling is difficult, the Company shall notify the user of the reason and schedule via notice or email.

③ Exceptions apply where disclosure is required for investigations, requests from relevant authorities, or other cases prescribed by law.

Article 8 (Obligations of Users)

① Users shall comply with these Terms, notices, and service guidelines and shall not interfere with the Company's business operations.

② Users shall not engage in commercial activities using the website without prior approval from the Company.

③ Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the website without prior consent from the Company.

Chapter 4 Provision and Use of Services

Article 9 (Use of Services)

① Users shall use the website in accordance with these Terms.

② Matters regarding service use not specified herein shall follow notices or separate announcements by the Company.

Article 10 (Provision of Information)

The Company may provide members with various information deemed necessary during service use via email, postal mail, or other methods.

Article 11 (Advertisements)

① The Company may display advertisements on service screens, websites, emails, or other media related to service operation.

② The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from members' participation in promotional activities or transactions with advertisers posted on the website.

Article 12 (Restriction of Service Use)

The Company may restrict a user's service use if any of the following applies:

  • ① Violation of public order or morals
  • ② Conduct related to criminal activity
  • ③ Damage to another person's reputation or interference with service use
  • ④ Continuous transmission of unwanted or advertising information
  • ⑤ Hacking or distribution of computer viruses
  • ⑥ Infringement of intellectual property rights
  • ⑦ Unauthorized use of another person's ID or password
  • ⑧ Violation of applicable laws or inappropriate conduct determined by the Company

Article 13 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may suspend all or part of the services in the following cases:

  • ① Suspension by telecommunications or internet service providers
  • ② Power outages
  • ③ Relocation, maintenance, or construction of facilities
  • ④ Equipment failure or excessive traffic
  • ⑤ National emergencies, war, natural disasters, or similar circumstances

Article 14 (Management of Posts)

The Company may delete, move, or refuse registration of materials posted by users if deemed to fall under Article 12.

Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)

Users may not engage in illegal commercial activities using the service, including hacking, illegal software distribution, or obscene commercial activities, unless expressly permitted in writing by authorized employees of the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such activities.

Chapter 5 Orders and Payments

Article 16 (Payment Methods)

Members may pay for products sold by the Company using prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, or other payment methods. The Company shall not impose additional fees related to payment methods.

  • ① The Company shall provide users with order confirmation upon purchase requests.
  • ② Users may request modifications or cancellations immediately after receiving the confirmation notice. If payment has already been made, Article 18 shall apply.

Article 17 (Shipping Policy)

① Unless otherwise agreed, the Company shall take necessary measures such as manufacturing and packaging to deliver products within 7 days from the payment date.

② The Company shall specify shipping methods, shipping costs, and delivery periods on the product purchase page. If the Company exceeds the agreed delivery period, it shall compensate the user for damages unless there is no intentional misconduct or negligence.

Article 18 (Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds)

If products cannot be delivered due to out-of-stock conditions or other reasons, the Company shall promptly notify the user and refund payments within three business days if payment has already been received.

  • ① If the user cancels before shipment, the Company shall cancel the order and card payment approval.
  • ② Cancellation after shipment is not allowed. However, if products are damaged or defective due to the Company's negligence or shipping issues, the Company shall provide refunds or exchanges.

Chapter 6 Miscellaneous

Article 19 (Disclaimer and Compensation for Damages)

① The Company shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.

② The Company shall not be responsible for disputes or transactions between users or between users and third parties.

③ The Company shall not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information posted by users.

④ Users are solely responsible for damages resulting from posted materials or use of free services.

⑤ Users are responsible for damages caused by negligence in managing IDs and passwords.

⑥ Users who violate these Terms shall compensate the Company for all resulting damages.

Article 20 (Consent to Provision and Use of Personal Credit Information)

Personal credit information obtained by the Company in relation to membership registration may be provided and utilized in accordance with applicable laws upon user consent.

Article 21 (Dispute Resolution)

① The Company and users shall make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.

② Any litigation arising from disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having authority over the location of the Company's headquarters.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms and Conditions shall apply from 2018.
